Exercise => List 5 things that make you happy, ask yourself when you are happy and with who and cultivate some of these things in a small way every day.

Exercise => Don’t sit and wish for good things to happen by themselves, it never does. You have to go out and seek it and make yourselves happy or happier. A dream job online, apply for it, nothing is gonna happen if you don’t.

It is so easier to make someone else happy, even for a short while, a call to your grandma, a compliment, a smile, a joke, help to someone. The limit: do not forget to give and take care of yourself too..
